Title IX
Title IX of the Higher Education Opportunity Act is a law that prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in any federally funded education program. Title IX also requires institutions to educate and train personnel regarding their responsibilities for reporting and acting on knowledge of sexual discrimination or assault.
